All our clothing and art is custom printed-to-order so unfortunately returns will only be accepted if: Items are damaged upon arrival OR Items are not as described.
If your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the product so we can arrange for replacements.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Shipping costs are based on weight of your order and its packaging. There is a shipping charge estimator on your "Shopping Cart" page before you go to checkout.
Whilst we are still operating and dispatching orders, we have put in place social distancing measures which protects our team members and customers, resulting in slightly longer processing times and deliveries may take longer than anticipated as our team work hard to fulfil orders.
