Every item is printed to order. Allow 1–5 working days for production before the delivery times below.

Delivery

Returns and exchanges

Because every item is custom printed for you, we accept returns where:

• the item arrived damaged, or
• the item is not as described.

Report damage within 24 hours of receipt to sales@thebanksyshop.co.uk with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement. Returns sent back without agreeing this with us first cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at any point before printing starts. Once printing has begun the order cannot be refunded, cancelled or returned.

Addresses and undelivered parcels

Please check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. Where a parcel is returned to us because it went unclaimed or the address was wrong, the original postage and the cost of returning the parcel are payable before we can re-send it.

Duties and taxes

Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
