How long will my order take?
Everything is printed to order, so allow 1–5 working days for production. UK standard delivery then takes 1–5 working days, Europe 5–10, and the rest of the world 7–12.
How much is delivery?
UK standard is £3.99 and free on orders over £30. Europe is tracked from £7.99 and the rest of the world tracked from £8.99.
Can I return something?
Because each item is made for you, returns are accepted where an item arrives damaged or is not as described. Email sales@thebanksyshop.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as printing has not started. Once it has, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned — so please check your size and address at checkout.
What size should I order?
Every garment page lists the sizes available, and the full measurement chart is on the size guide. Measurements are taken flat with a 2cm tolerance.
Is this official Banksy merchandise?
No. We are an independent shop selling Banksy-inspired designs and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Banksy or Pest Control.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — tracked delivery to more than sixty countries. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Contact us with your order number. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it went unclaimed, the original postage and the return cost are payable before we can send it again.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. A gift card is emailed instantly and can be spent on anything in the shop, which makes it the safest option if you are unsure of a size.
