Refund policy

Every item in the shop is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Because each item is made for you, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or is not as described.

Damaged or not as described

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. Email sales@thebanksyshop.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the problem, and we will arrange the replacement. Please do not post anything back without agreeing it with us first — returns sent without prior agreement cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at any point before printing starts — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. They never expire, and their balance can be spent across more than one order.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
