One of many Banksy's rat themed artwork in NYC, which was located above a former bank building on 14th Street and 6th Ave.
It shows a rat seemingly rushing against time in an interior circumference of a clock, perhaps mirroring the hectic pace of the inhabitants in the city that never sleeps.
